摘要

This paper addresses a maintenance management strategy that jointly optimizes periodic preventive replacement (PPR) and spare part provisioning policy for a series system considering reusing unfailed items selected from immediately previous PPR The compo-nents of thesystem are subject to wear-out failures, The objective function of the model represents the total cost of system maintenance per unit time. while the preventive replaecment interval, the interval for employing used spare parts, and the maximal stocking level of new spare parts are chosen as decision variables.
