STUDY OF THE FOUNDATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE AGENCY RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

In virtue of transaction costs theory, analysis on the existence conditions of the professional liability insurance agency related to the construction project was made first, combined with the current situation of the development of our insurance agency, based on the discussion of the client-agency problems of the insurance agency, aiming at the unmoral action involved in this procedure, the incentive mechanism which was based on the conception of cooperation and risk-sharing was developed. Finally, concrete suggestion of designing the mechanism was put forward.
