On the base of analyzing and comparing pluses and minuses of MRPII, JIT, TOC the three kinds of typical production schedule and control method, this paper synthesizes the advantages of MRPII, JIT, TOC three kinds of typical production schedule and control method, and puts forward an Integrated Production Management Model of MRPII, JIT and TOC.
