摘要

There are 8 units with 700MW capacities, which are manufactured by ALSTOM, and installed in the left bank workshop of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station. After a year, there are 7 units that their bottom plate ring of 24 wicket-gate levers are all abraded, it is about 0.78mm in the most depth point. This paper analyzed detailedly abraded-reason of wicket-gate levers and summarize a principle of adjusting parallelism and modifying technigues and the parameter of machining 0Cr13Ni5Mo in according to the experience to modify this faults successfully.
