摘要

The high nitrogen austenite stainless steel 1Mn15Cr17Ni2N is produced by way of adopting EAF for preliminary steel making and VOD + LF for secondary steel making. During the steel making process, besides the control of manganese and nitrogen alloying process, the steel composition before entering ladle furnace, the quantity of liquid steel, the terminal point of oxygen blowing and temperature in the VOD are controlled. During the forging process, the heating temperature, the amount of deformation and the final forging temperature are strictly controlled to make sure that the mechanical properties of the flat steel are in full accordance with the customers' requirements.
