摘要

As a new management concept and mode, supply chain management has been a strategic factor for enterprises to enhance benefit and strengthen competitive power. Along with economic globalization and out-sourcing development, more and more enterprises are aware that it is necessary to carry on performance evaluation in order to manage supply chain effectively. The thesis follows the constitutive principle and constructs an integrated performance evaluation system of supply chain through a proper method. Then, an evaluation model of integrated supply chain based on artificial neural network is founded, which avoids the deficiencies of subjective weighing method, such as analytical hierarchy process (AHP), to carry on performance lateral comparison between different supply chains. At last, an analysis model based on artificial neural network is created, which analyzes the relation between integrated supply chain performance and its influencing factors. This model provides effective tool to improve supply chain management.
