The requirement and comprehend of product quality are being changed with the progress of technique and era, the quality concept should be that it not only satisfies the criterion and the specification and demand by designer, but also satisfies the individual user's operating condition. Two same type products, having a same designed function, have a different performance and different quality because of different manufacturing method and precision. Optimal distribution rule for fit size is analyzed under the condition of ensuring the product's yield by studying the rules process distribution of a batch of pars. Using mathematic model and computer simulation, the optimal process distribution parameters are calculated. Process distribution rule for two fit parts is controlled by using the parameters. A statistical tolerance method is used to making the fit size locate in the optimal clearance scope. Under the operating condition of product, it is studied that how to make the product have an optimal performance in service during manufacturing process. The paper presents the best control method of optimal parts fit under non-normal distribution, design process and manufacturing process as well as operating condition of product are considered synchronously, the method is good for analyzing and control product precision, final quality of product can be ensured by using it.
