PURPOSE: A method of setting the temperature of a kimchi refrigerator by displaying a user's original menu containing information about the selection of a control temperature area within the kimchi refrigerator, setting the control temperature area selected by the user and then operating the corresponding load by a control part is provided. It enables a variety of foods to be stored at optimal temperature conditions and induces direct end-user participation. CONSTITUTION: The method for setting the temperature of a kimchi refrigerator comprises the steps of: displaying a user's original menu containing information about the selection of a control temperature area within the kimchi refrigerator; setting the control temperature area selected by the user according to the user's original menu displaying stage; and operating the corresponding load according to the set control temperature area by the control part. The corresponding load contains a compressor(130) and a heater(140).
