摘要

Capillary Electrochromatogrphy(CEC) is a new high performance micro-separation technology in recent decades development ,it colligated advantages of selectivity of High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) and high performance of Capillary Electrophoresis (CE). So it possess characteristics of tree high and one fast( high performance, high selectivity ,high resolving power and speediness), enrichment and pre-concentrate sample. This review based on 59 references from domestic and oversea summarized the CEC technology and its research advance and existent problem by discussing development history of CEC, strains and characteristic of column, new technology development from CEC include pressurized CEC Stepwise gradient elution of CEC, CEC with other technology combined-use, high sensitivity detection and CMOS chip technology, and application of CEC technology.
