摘要

The biodiesel is a kind of renewable energy. The enzymatic synthesis of biodiesel has the mild reaction conditions, low dosage of alcohol, the glycerine that is easy to recycle and so on. But enzyme is expensive, and the use of free enzyme in the reaction needs separation, regeneration, recycling. Immobilized lipase has high stability, it is suitable for continuous biodiesel production because of its ease of recovery from the reaction mixture. But immobilized lipase needs complex purification process, and free enzyme catalyst and residues are existed. The use of whole-cell biocatalyst overcomes these disadvantages. It is the future direction of biodiesel produced. This paper summarizes the new application of the immobilized lipase, the whole cell biocatalyst in the biodiesel production, the glycerine recycling, the new craft of catalyst regeneration.
