摘要

This paper introduces the intelligent sequence design system of multi-stage cold extrusion. It discusses the method to build the part feature modeling and to realize feasibility checking, process planning and evaluation, process parameter optimization and sequence optimal selection, and mainly focuses on the feature modeling and system implementation strategy. According to the given input data, the system can generate the forgeable geometry and the basic sequence design and evaluates the sequences, depending on the initial billet size and material or the evaluation knowledge in the knowledge base. An example proves the proposed theory and method.
