摘要

Today, energy consumption in the residential sector accounts for more than 30 per cent of total electricity demand in France. This situation has a clear impact on the environment, and on the user's budget. This paper presents a solution based on resource constraint scheduling problem (RCPSP) techniques, which makes it possible to have a more effective control over energy consumption in the housing sector by exploiting the energy accumulation possibilities and thus modify the user's overall electricity consumption.
