Research on the Knowledge Management in the Course of the Project Management Software Exploitation

摘要

The course of project management software exploitation is a complex and profound knowledge activity, in which knowledge is created, combined, regulated and used. This paper considers the entire process of project management software exploitation as a course of the knowledge effectively managed and used. This process can be divided into: the demand analysis, the function coordination, the practical process, the method design, the team management, database establishment, etc. We have made the concrete analysis and the research on each link by using the knowledge management theory and methods. We also propose some new viewpoints and methods to solve the difficult problems in the course of project management software exploitation.
