摘要

The objective of this study is to solve the risk problem of real estate development and stabilize the profits. By hybrid methods of portfolio and marginal utility maximization, this study sets up the mathematic model of portfolio of real estate development. The result shows, the theory of marginal utility maximization can promote utilization efficiency of the capital and assess the decision about portfolio of real estate development.
