Research on the Engineering Project Management Based on Knowledge Integration

摘要

The efficient implement of knowledge management should efficiently manage knowledge like many experiences about management and operational methods during the implemental process of the engineering project. And in this process, knowledge integration is very important. This paper develops two models, which are respectively the model of knowledge integration in the engineering project management and the model of the engineering project based on integration knowledge. Therefore it can come true to synthetically harmonize the dynamical management of the engineering project and optimize the object of the whole life period of the project while using the two models in the engineering project management. And this paper at length analyzes how to efficiently integrate the knowledge in managing the engineering project with the successful case of Wan Bao company group of China.
