Briquetted and granulated smokeless fuels produced from Kansk-Achinsk lignite with the use of heated die and biobinders

摘要

The experimental data are presented describing the processes of briquetted and granular smokeless fuels production from ligniternwith the use of heated die and cheap bio-binders. The influence of moisture and bio-binder content, pressure, temperature, timernof process on the properties of obtained fuels was studied. Briquettes and granules with calorific value 24-27 MJ/Kg~(-1) and withrngood mechanical properties were produced at the selected process parameters. They can find an application in industry asrnsmokeless fuels and reductants.
