Research on Coordinative Innovation of Chinese Automotive Industry Based on Industrial Amalgamation

摘要

Industrial amalgamation among different industries makes the organization method of traditional industry, which is limited in enterprise competition relationships, no long suit for the research of industrial amalgamation. This paper is based on independent innovation of Chinese automotive industry, analyses the practice benefit and theory foundation of industrial amalgamation, bring forward a new automotive industry developmental frame of industrial amalgamation and coordinative innovation, system, and improve the international competition of Chinese automotive industry.
