Study on Stress Management for Air Traffic Controllers

摘要

Necessity of stress management for air traffic controllers in Chinese civil aviation is analyzed. Based on the theory of stress management, the stress management strategies for air traffic controllers are put forward. The study is to promote the realization of effective functioning and concentrated operations for air traffic management, and lower the rate of aviation accidents and the associated losses.
