Modeling a WEB-based Product Lifecycle-oriented After-sale Service System

摘要

In this paper, the model of web-based product lifecycle oriented intellectualized after-sale-service system is presented, the application model of the system is established, then the key techniques in the system implementation such as acquisition of the incomplete knowledge and customer satisfaction evaluation axe discussed.
