摘要

Natural fiber reinforced poly(lactic acids) based thermoplastic composite was prepared by in situ polymerization process. The reinforcing fiber-ramie fiber was firstly treated by KH550 or KH560 coupling agents. SEM was used to characterize the interface of composite and the results showed that both KH550 and KH560 could improve the interface of ramie fiber reinforcing PLA-PCL composite. However KH550 coupling agent did much better than KH560. Compared with PLA-PCL/pure ramie composite, the tensile strength of PLA-PCL/ramie-KH550 composite was increased by 93.2% and the impact strength was increased by 196.3%.
