A series of biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolyesters PBSTs were efficiently synthesized from dimethyl succinate (DMS) and dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) reacting with 1,4-butanediol (BD) through polycondensation in the present of Titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTiPO) as the catalyst. Their molecular weights and sequential structure affecting the physical properties of polymers were analyzed by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR).
