摘要

In this paper, a non-dissipative flyback-based equalizer for series Lithium-Ion batteries is proposed. In order to further reducing the energy transfer loss, an active-clamp circuit is adopted to achieve soft switching operation of the main switch. Detailed operation principles and design guidelines of the battery equalizer are then presented in the context. Finally, a prototype is constructed and some experimental results are provided for verifying the correctness of the equalizer.
