INITIAL STUDY ON IDENTIFICATION TECHNIQUE OF THE TRUTHFULNESS OF HYBRID RAPESEEDS

The widespread cultivating and constant emerging in large number of new hybrid rapeseed has produced several managerial problems. It is imperative in production to study and resolve the identifying technical problems of the three-line system of hybrid rapeseed and its hybrid F_1. Based on morphological traits, traditional seed's truthfulness identification requires long time observations of mature plants and, in many situations it lacks definition and objectivity. Furthermore, morphological traits cannot serve as unambiguous markers because of environment and the managers ' experiences influences. In this test, we carried out SEM observing, enzyme electrophoresis and RAPD technique on the three-line system hybrid and conventional rapeseed, which were easily used in production in Xinjiang.
