摘要

A novel hyperbranched triazine charring agents containing silicon in main chain (Si-EA) was synthesized and characterized by fourier transform infrared (FTIR), elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).The synergistic effects between APP and Si-EA on flame retardancy of PLA were investigated by cone calorimeter test (CCT).The TGA results show that the initial decomposition temperature of Si-EA is 290℃ and its char residue reached 41% at 600℃ in N2.The CCT results show that the pk-HRR of PLA/12%APP/4%Si-EA composites is 217kW/m2, which decreased by 60% compared to that of PLA/20%APP composites.
