MH@CMSs core-shell flame retardants were prepared by the reverse precipitation method with different mass ratios of magnesium hydroxide (MH) to carbon microspheres (CMSs).And MH@CMSs was added in PET to prepare MH@CMSs/PET composites by melt blending method.The mechanical and flame retardant properties of composites were characterized.The results showed that compared with pure PET, only with the additive amount 0.5wt% of MH@CMSs (CMSs to MH 2∶1), the flame retardancy, thermal stability and crystallization performance of MH@CMSs/PET were improved obviously, however the mechanical property of MH@CMSs/PET was decreased.
机译:采用反沉淀法制备了MH @ CMSs核-壳型阻燃剂,采用不同质量比的氢氧化镁(MH)与碳微球(CMSs),并在PET中添加MH @ CMSs以熔融方式制备MH @ CMSs / PET复合材料。对复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能进行了表征。结果表明,与纯PET相比,仅添加0.5wt%的MH @ CMS(CMS对MH 2∶1)的阻燃性,热稳定性MH @ CMSs / PET的结晶性能得到明显改善,但MH @ CMSs / PET的力学性能下降。
