摘要

During the design of novel endosomolytic polymers it is important to demonstrate that they can disrupt intracellular vesicles after in vivo administration. Here we have shown for the first time that biocompatible, biodegradable poly(amidoamine) polymers (PAA)s can lyse intracellular lysosomal membranes in a dose- and time-dependent manner following intravenous injection of PAAs to male Wistar rats.
