In developing the broadband receiving systems much it pays great attention to the noise path properties. It is also important to ensure the stabilization of DC modes in the required temperature range. The source of the reference currents and voltages greatly influences on thermal stability of the entire system, in addition, it affects the noise properties of the amplifying stages. The article compares the schemes of obtaining reference currents by the criterion of thermal stability, noise properties, and also resistance to technological dispersion. Article described the current source and voltage reference circuit, optimized by the criterion of the lowest noise level. The thermal stability of the voltage reference is 34.64 ppmJ°C and 26.37 ppmJ°C of the current source, the PSRR is -19.6 dB in the frequency range 0.1 ... 20 GHz.
