Automated Decision Support System for Packaging Equipment Selection

摘要

A selection procedure for the automatic packaging system of bulk materials (APSBM) for a certain type of bulk material and the type of container has been developed. The developed functional and mathematical model of APSBM allows determining complex of necessary and sufficient functions implementing by actuating mechanisms of APSBM and representing them as a system of mathematical objects and relations between them as well. The block diagram of expert system information structure of packaging equipment choice and diagram of generalized expert system have been represented. The creation principles of expert system architecture have been formulated. The application software environment for the implementation of expert system of packaging equipment choice has been developed.
