PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer to confirm various elevator designs with more reality, and to propose an elevator design in line with the company's strategy to the customer. An elevator design determination support system 1 includes an operation terminal 10 connected by a network 30 and a mobile terminal 20 that displays a three-dimensional image of an elevator design in which the viewing direction is observed from a virtual viewpoint. The operation terminal 10 selects a design information display unit that displays design information of each part of the elevator, a view direction display unit that receives tilt information of the mobile terminal 20 and displays the view direction, and design information that changes a three-dimensional image. It is provided with a design change instruction unit to be transmitted to the mobile terminal 20. The mobile terminal 20 has a three-dimensional image creation unit that creates a three-dimensional image, a visibility change unit that detects the tilt of the mobile terminal 20 and changes the three-dimensional image, and a viewpoint for transmitting tilt information of the mobile terminal 20 to the operation terminal 10.
