摘要

The mathematical description of the static mode of the pyrometallurgical process in a rotary drum-type kiln, which is the ideal displacement device, is provided in this paper. Many pyrometallurgical processes run at high temperatures in rotary kilns. In case such data are available, the flows included in the equations as well as their structure concentration in compliance with thermal technology and heat power engineering will be rather simple. Due to the obtained system of equations it is easy to calculate the content of substances in the products unloaded from a furnace depending on the amount and composition of materials loaded into the furnace, the time of their dwell in the kiln and the process temperature setting.
