Corporate Social Reporting: A Case of Baosteel

摘要

Baosteel CSR report 2008 is analyzed in the paper to reveal the linkage between CSR and RRM. Five key elements of reputation and reputation restoration strategies are discovered in the report. The findings indicate that CSR reporting, as part of RRM process, can contribute to corporate RRM.
