We have developed a very efficient red emitter in OLEDs based on the fluorescent DCJTB dye doped in a novel co-host matrix system of rubrene/Alq_3 which achieved an EL efficiency of 4.4 cd/A and 2 lm/W at 20 mA/cm~2 and 6.8V with a saturated C/E_(x,y) color coordinate of [0.65, 0.35].
