PURPOSE: A phosphorescent emitting material is provided to include a copolymer which simultaneously has host properties and light emitting properties, thereby obtaining excellent external quantum and power efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorescent emitting material comprises a vinyl type polynorbonene copolymer represented by chemical formula 1. The vinyl-based polynorbonene copolymer is manufactured by a step of preparing a carbazole-based host group-containing norbonene monomer(M1); a step of manufacturing an iridium complex-containing norbonene monomer(M2); and a step of manufacturing the polynorbonene copolymer by vinyl addition polymerization of M1 and M2 monomers using a palladium catalyst.
