摘要

Microarc oxidation technology for magnesium alloy has emerged in the field of anenvironmentally friendly electrolyte solution and excellence performance of magnesium alloy oxidationfilm in recent years.In this paper, we investigate AZ91D magnesium alloy microarc oxidation techniquesin aluminates and molybdenum mixed alkalescency electrolyte solution,and after adding E11 and E12 tothe mixed electrolyte solution, the operating electric current and the anodizing time for this microarcoxidation technics are being fallen toward lower values.AZ91D magnesium alloy microarc oxidationfilm is off while or light yellow,higher density,excellence adhesion and super corrosion resistance.Invirtue of XRD and SEM,we analyze that the film composition includes MgAl2O4, Al2Mg3 and MgO crystalloid.
