Anomalous magneto luminescence for CdMnTe/CdMgTe quantum wells under small Zeeman splitting around ν=1

摘要

We have performed magneto luminescence experiments inquantum Hall systems of II-VI diluted magnetic semiconductors(CdMnTe/CdMgTe single quantum well) at very high magnetic fields upto 35T. The photoluminescence sensitive to the temperature has beenobserved in the vicinity of the filling factor ν = 1 in the sample with verylow Mn concentration.
