Interaction and Interference Corrections to the Conductivityof a 2DEG in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures

We have studied the negative magnetoresistance of a high-mobility 2DEG causedby electron-electron interaction and weak localization effects. In a high mobility structurethese effects manifest themselves in the ballistic regime of conduction, rather than in thecommonly studied diffusive regime.
