摘要

We have calculated weak-localization correction to the Boltzmann conductivityin a graphene sheet. For conventional impurities, the correction becomes positive and antilocalizationis realized without spin-orbit interaction. In contrast, we obtained negativecorrection for short-range impurities as expected from symmetry consideration. In the systemcontaining both types of impurities, crossover from anti-localization to localization is expectedto take place in temperature dependence of conductivity with decreasing temperature.
