The ultra-high cycle fatigue failure behaviors of superalloy DZ125 were investigated by ultrasonicfatigue tests.The results show that fatigue fracture still occurred above 108 for the frequencyf = 20 kHz and stress ratio R = -1 tests,so the conventional fatigue limit at cycle of 107 is notappropriate for fatigue design.
