PURPOSE: An ultra-high cycle fatigue testing device is provided to reflect changes in the size of a specimen generated in a fatigue test on a real time basis, thereby calculating a dynamic elastic coefficient of the specimen and obtaining a fatigue test result based on the same.;CONSTITUTION: An ultra-high cycle fatigue testing device comprises a vibration generator(110), a power generator(120), a dynamic elastic coefficient calculation module(140), a control module(150), and a displacement measuring sensor(130). The vibration generator applies vibration having preset frequencies to a specimen(S). The power generator supplies power for driving the vibration generator. The dynamic elastic coefficient calculation module calculates a dynamic elastic coefficient of the specimen by reflecting changes in the size of the specimen. The control module calculates a fatigue test result based on the dynamic elastic coefficient calculated by the dynamic elastic coefficient calculation module.
