Shortwave power amplifiers (PAs) are the most important nonlinear components in shortwave communication systems.It will generate significant intermodulation distortion (IMD) resulting in adjacent channel interference and higher bit-error rate when multiple nonconstant envelope modulation signals input into nonlinear PAs.Linearization techniques are necessary to compensate these undesired nonlinear effects. Among a variety of linearization techniques,digital predistortion technique has difficulties in modeling PAs and predistorter accurately and identifying systems.In this paper,we proposed a predistortion linearization method combined measured data with characteristics of shortwave PAs,which is suitable for 'multiobjective' excitated memory shortwave PAs.
