摘要

In this paper,we design the FPGA-based reconfigurable intelligent instrument which has eight different functions through hardware reconfiguration and software reconfiguration.Hardware reconfiguration is realized through loading different configuration data for FPGA.Software reconfiguration is realized through using reconfigurable application frame technology.We also develop the software demo system of FPGA-based reconfigurable intelligent instrument using Labwindows/CVI which has three functions. The orientation of this paper is the design in module level reconfiguration,to lay the foundation for building the reconfigurable automatic test system.
