A Microcomputer-Based Multifunctional Magnetic Measurement System

摘要

A newly developed microcomputer-based multifunctional magnetic measurement system is presented. Conforming to the related international standards, combining the digital and analog techniques, the system achieved higher performance at lower cost. The initial permeability, amplitude permeability, core loss, and B-H curve can be measured automatically at frequency range from 1kHz to 1MHz accordingly and with voltage measurement accuracy of 1percent. The measuring methods and architecture are described, the test results are given.
