摘要

This paper researches an electrical measuring system. The measured points are selected on the shaft that has been put on the straightener, a measuring unit is put on the measuring point. When a controlling motor drives the shaft to run, the distortion amount is measured by the sensor. Data of the distortion amount, the measuring position and the running angle of the shaft are sent into computer. Through comparison and calculation, the result of maximum deformed amount and the deformed position will be shown up rapidly. According to the theory calculation or experience estimation, loading and keeping time can be defined for the deformed shaft. Thereby, the electrical measuring way has very high application value in the straightening line. It will raise greatly efficiency and reduce cost than that with a dial gauge.
