摘要

The semi-active suspension system is an effective method to improve ridingcomfortable. This paper considers variable structure control method with thesimplified model for the design of a semi-active suspension system. Firstly, thedynamic model of a vehicle suspension system is built. Secondly, the damp controllerwith variable structure control method is designed based on that model. Then, thepractical dynamic model is built using ADAMS/rail, and the model of the controlleris obtained using Matlab/simulink. Finally, the vibration data of car body is obtainedby co-simulation using ADAMS and Matlab. The result shows that the VSS (variablestructure sliding mode control) controller can reduce the amplitude of car bodyvertical displacement and acceleration effectively.
