Construction of a logistics park has a high risk because of large investment, along development cycle, etc., and it is influenced by many factors. The failure oflogistics park construction can cause large losses, which are difficult to restore.This paper builds an index system on risk evaluation for construction of logisticsparks and discusses the problem of how to determine overall risk using individualrisk in the risk evaluation. A risk evaluation model is also presented with aconcrete example based on principal component analysis by the MATLABfunction.
