摘要

This paper describes some techniques aiming at grinding diamond: (1) detecting the grinding force through measuring a rotational speed of driven belt wheel, (2) at the initial stage of grinding, dual restraints of the grinding force and area are adopted to control the feeding speed of grinding. The regular pattern is given in the paper drawn from the experiment on the rotational speed changing with grinding force. And the formula is developed about the grinding surface area of circular diamond varying with the grinding feed from the shape of blank while grinding.
