In this paper, we present a comparison of thernperformances among three rotor flux observers. If thernrotor flux is applied as criterion in the vector control ofrninduction motor, the value and direction of the flux needsrnto be known. Starting from two induction motorrnmathematical models, this paper analyses theoreticallyrnand in terms of simulation, the performances of arnconventional rotor flux simulator with a view to therntemperature influence of the rotor resistance. Fluxrnobservers were used to estimate the flux, since classicrnmethods do not seem to provide acceptable performances.rnThis paper analyses the performances of a robust-adaptivernrotor flux observer, starting from a mathematical modelrnand using simulation.
