RP who is a new technology innovation in the fieldrnof manufacturing brings a series of innovative activitiesrnespecially in the rapid response design. The concept ofrninnovative clusters of rapid response based on RP isrnintroduced. The construction level and basic properties ofrninnovative clusters of rapid response are studied basing onrnthe classification discussion. The innate characteristics ofrninnovative clusters of rapid response are put forwards.rnAnd the clusters advantages of innovative clusters ofrnrapid response are analyzed and discussed.
