Psychological contract is one of the hot topics in thernfield of management research. However, little study hasrnbeen done on the psychological contract recovery (PCR),rnwhether in theoretical or empirical aspect. Great changesrnhappened in the employment relationship made it difficultrnto avoid psychological contract volition (PCV) duringrnMergers & Acquisitions (M&A) cases of SMEs. The keyrnproblem here is how to deal with it and how to recover it.rnThis paper focuses on PCR and analyses the changes ofrnpsychological contracts and the employee'srnaffective/behavior actions during M&A of SMEs. Then,rngives the detailed explanation as to the meaning, timingrnand procedure of PCR. Furthermore, it suggests somernprinciples in PCR.
