Going over to new technologies often impliesrnrevisions of and changes to the extant methodologies forrndeveloping, evolving and maintaining the new technologyrnsoftware systems. It is not always easy to identify allrnpossible changes. However, one may facilitate thernidentification process by studying the differences betweenrnthe traditional old technology software systems and thernnew technology ones. It is only then one may startrncreating models for managing the new technologyrnsoftware systems.
